Absolutely. You'll get "report cards" every three days through our client portal, each with a written update plus a photo or video. Sample report cards live on our Instagram.

Yes, you can schedule a visit. We just ask you to consider your dog's temperament, timid or anxious dogs can find it confusing to see you come and then leave, so we'll help you make the best plan.

On our 2.5-acre property with two buildings, our home and a custom, climate-controlled training building. Days are spent with the family, in the house, outdoors (always supervised), and in the indoor training space. At night, every dog sleeps in their own top-of-the-line crate, indoors, in a fully climate-controlled building (AC in summer, heat in winter), a real step up from the traditional indoor/outdoor kennel runs most facilities use. The building is monitored 24/7 for fire, flood, temperature, and power, with a backup generator.

With board & train, we guarantee your dog will display knowledge of the commands in the chosen package when they return home. After that, you follow through (we teach you how) and we're here for questions. Our goal is your satisfaction and great care for every dog.
